Science specialist teachers Mrs Killick and Mrs Whish have been enjoying sharing the love of Science with classes this week with extra special tasks promoting the theme “innovation.” Classes have been buddied up to be innovative in designing an insect trap which are hanging off the trees around our grounds. The rumour was that there was an “new” insect which we needed to “trap” because it caused incessant laughing when students were bitten and of course we can’t have laughing at school. In recognition of Science Week, classes are going to enjoy a visit from Young Scientists next week.
