On Friday, May 9 we had 3 members of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra join us to explore "The Science of Sound".

Aligned to the primary school science curriculum, the interactive concert helped to teach students how different instruments work.

Students were able to make predictions based on what they learnt, which sparked student’s curiosity about music making and the science that underpins it.

Students were thoroughly engaged and really enjoyed the presentation.
